sobraa is a privately funded startup with offices in Bucharest, Romania. Started as a statistical project in August 2009, SOBRAA has grown into a real-time brand awareness service that works over the multitude of social networks .

Where did the idea for Sobraa come from?
Val Vladescu, a Romanian entrepreneur grown interested in the simple idea of being able to monitor a brand over multiple social networks. Specifically, Val wondered if there might be an opportunity to aggregate this information and apply mathematical algorythms that would display compelling information. Upon bringing up the idea to his colleagues, it was decided that a prototype should be built.

Sobraa is focused on businesses of any scale. While you may not see it like that, your very person is a micro-business. The way you act, what you share, what you post, comment, everything generates social reactions that ultimatelly lead to selling of a product which is yourself
How? It's very easy: while there is hard mathematics built in the very core of Sobraa, the frontend displays intuitive data about the user reactions
What's next for Sobraa?
We follow user behavior and pay close attention to feature requests. We are also very much guided by our philosophy of keeping things simple and intuitive so we like to restrain ourselves with regard to features.
We plan to build Sobraa into a successful, revenue-generating tool that attracts world-class talent with an inspiring culture and attitude towards doing business.
